     Princess Hedwige (Hartwige) (of the Germans) was born circa 922 of Saxony, Germany.1 She was the daughter of King Heinrich I 'The Fowler' (of the Germans) and Countess Matilda (of Ringelheim).1 Princess Hedwige (Hartwige) (of the Germans) married Duke Hugues Magnus (of France), son of King Robert I (of France) and Bbeatrice De Vermandois, before 14 September 938 in Mainz Oder, Ingelheim, Rhineland, Germany.1 Princess Hedwige (Hartwige) (of the Germans) died on 10 May 965 in Aachen, Rheinland, Germany.1 She was buried on 10 May 965.1
     Her married name was Princess (of the France).1
